3. Subscription Pricing & Payments

  • All plans (e.g., ₹365 launch offers, ₹499, ₹799, ₹999 monthly or annual packages) are clearly stated without hidden charges.
  • Applicable GST or local statutory taxes will be billed in accordance with Indian tax laws.
  • Subscriptions are renewed on the specified billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Clients agree to utilize Artificial Anant automation and messaging systems strictly in compliance with applicable laws, including TRAI guidelines and WhatsApp / Meta Business policies:

  • Spamming, sending unsolicited mass promotional messages without user consent, or transmitting fraudulent content is strictly prohibited.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that all contacts enrolled in automated messaging flows have consented to receive communication from your business.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately without refund if abuse, spam, or illegal activity is detected.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, website content, software code, and materials provided by Artificial Anant Private Limited remain the exclusive intellectual property of Artificial Anant Private Limited, unless explicitly transferred under a custom development contract.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime and reliable performance, Artificial Anant Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or third-party service interruptions caused by telecommunication operators, Meta/WhatsApp policy updates, internet outages, or hosting providers beyond our reasonable control.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
